Macarons sandwiched with lemon, matcha, and strawberry cream containing immunity-boosting shield lactic acid bacteria M.
Shield lactic acid bacteria M. is one of Morinaga Milk’s most effective immunity-boosting lactic acid bacteria. It helps protect your body from outside offenders just like a shield would—hence the name. According to their recent experiments, it was even shown to alleviate flu symptoms to a noticeable extent!
Each package of three contains over 10 billion shield lactic acid bacteria M.!
The lemon offered the perfect balance of sweet and tart.
Of the three, however, I think the matcha was my favourite. It wasn’t particularly sweet, but rather on the pleasantly bitter side.
The strawberry, on the other hand, was definitely sweet!
I felt like each flavour had something different to bring to the table; they complimented each other extremely well. And while I was unable to taste the lactic acid bacteria, I’m grateful for any kind of boost my immune system may have received!
