Delicious chestnut flavour that you won't be able to get enough of; they’re perfect for the upcoming colder months.

This Japanese Chestnut Cake is filled with chestnuty goodness! Domestically harvested and processed chestnuts marinated in brandy are added to a butter cake batter to make this scrumptious pound cake. If you’re buying one as a gift, don’t forget to pick one up for yourself as well!

【Edo-style Kaiten (Revolving) Sushi – Kishu Yaichi】
Sit and watch as delectable sushi passes your table on a small conveyor belt. Have fun choosing any dish you want to eat as it passes—this is kaiten sushi! If you aren't seeing the dish you're looking for, you can always order it specifically as well, so no worries there. This fun eating experience is one you have to try at least once while you're in Japan!
【Miwaya】
Miwaya possess the registered trademark of the Gifu specialty, barbequed Hida beef on rice. The beef is intermittently coated in a special sauce and barbequed slowly over and over until the meat is oozing with flavour. It's then coated in a sweet soy sauce-based sauce and placed on top of a bowl of rice. You then have three options: 1. Eat it as is. 2. Add toppings such as shredded dried seaweed, scallions, or wasabi. 3. Pour tea over top and enjoy it as ochazuke.
