It’s a mini parfait in a container 4cm square on the bottom, 6cm square on the top, and 8.5cm high. It’s a nicely sized and reasonably priced dessert.
On top were fresh cut fruits such as kiwi, pineapple and peaches.
Passion fruit sauce was drizzled on the fruit toppings, totally enhancing the fruity flavours.
Underneath the fruit was whipped cream, sponge cake, mousse, pudding, custard cream, along with raspberry sauce and passion fruit sauce. The layering was so pretty!
The sourness from the fruit sauce and the sweet parfait were a best match!
When I ate the fluffy sponge cake with the flavourful sauce, I felt like I was eating a posh fruit cake!
The red raspberry sauce layer had a jelly texture. Every bite had a different flavour as the harmony of mildness, sweetness and sourness combined in my mouth!
I have to say this surpassed my expectations! I was very happy with the complete balance of the flavours.
You will enjoy this parfait from the top to the very bottom. Family Mart released this parfait and an “apple and caramel parfait” at the same time! Go check them out!
