Tiramisu in a tart cup? What an enticing combination!
It’s produced by Hanabatake Bokujo in Hokkaido.
They take pride in their produced - in - Hokkaido ingredients.
I like the idea of chemical additive free and artificial flavor free products.

It was a small tart, only about 7cm × 2 cm.
Inside the cocoa flavored tart shell were coffee soaked biscuits and mascarpone cheese.

The tart was neither too hard nor too soft. It was a little bitter.
The cheese was very smooth and mild and it’s flavor was not overpowering.
There was an after taste of the coffee soaked biscuits, I loved it.

I would name this cocoa tart instead of Tiramisu tart.
It’s not too sweet and tastes home made.
I felt like I was eating a dessert that a friend had baked.
But in the end I wished the tart was a little bigger!
