Summertime-Limited Smoothie “Choco-Mint Frute” at PABLO’s Dotonbori Store in Osaka!

Last update :

“PABLO” is a store from Osaka that specializes in freshly-made cheese tarts.
Focusing on sales rather than services, PABLO is a very popular store with 35 locations in Japan and 9 overseas.
This time around, I visited their Dotonbori store to try their summertime-limited smoothie.

The Dotonbori store is located right next to the Shinsaibashisuji Shopping Street, and there’s almost always a line even on weekdays.

The café on the 2nd floor is spacious and comfortable.

In addition to their popular “PABLO Frute” smoothie, they are also offering three limited-time smoothies: peach, choco-banana, and choco-mint.

These limited smoothies are being sold from June 15th through August 14th.

Incidentally, they typically also sell two other smoothies: a drinkable cheese tart frute and a shiratama-and-azuki-cream uji matcha cheese frute.

Choco-Mint Frute 750 yen (tax incl.)

Product name in Japanese:チョコミントフルーテ

This smoothie blends cream cheese and mint flavors together.
They use two types of mint, spearmint and peppermint.
There are also plenty of chocolate chips!

It is topped with a whipped cream made with cream cheese.
There’s a subtle saltiness and richness from the cheese.
It pairs perfectly with the slightly-bitter dark chocolate sauce.

The refreshing flavor of the mint is excellent, making for a pleasantly cool and delicious drink!
It’s a flavor that’s perfect for hot days!

※Prices may vary by location.
