ICE MONSTER is a popular shaved ice shop from Taiwan, which has 3 branches in Japan.
Their signature product is a shaved ice dish topped with plenty of mangos.
Recently ICE MONSTER and Lawson produced this MANGO BAR. It had to be good!
The color of the ice cream was a thick mango color. It’s made from 65% mango juice and fruit.
I could smell mango as soon as I took it out of the package.
It was so juicy and yummy! I felt like I was eating frozen mango!
It consisted of two layers, the inner layer was rich like a gelato. The outer layer was like sorbet.
Inner layer had some mango fruit bits!
This frozen treat is perfect for Summer and great for Mango lovers. I would also recommend it for people who live far away from an ICE MONSTER store.
Lawson has also released a “Mango roll cake” that they produced with ICE MONSTER.
Don’t miss out on that either!
