Seven Eleven has released a new flavor in their popular chewy chocolate roll cake series.
The package has been specially decorated for Halloween.

There were 3 slices of roll cake inside.
The sponge cake has cacao kneaded in, so it was really dark!

A very rich fresh ganache chocolate sauce was spread on the cacao sponge cake dough, and fresh ganache chocolate whipped cream was rolled in.
It was death by chocolate!

The sponge cake dough was moist and fluffy almost like angel cake.

The dough was also quite bitter.
The fresh chocolate whipped cream was fluffy and creamy. The perfect sweetness!
There wasn’t a lot of fresh ganache chocolate sauce, but it accented this dessert nicely with rich cacao flavor. Very satisfactory!

I cannot complain about the balance of bitter sweet in this dessert.
