Loyal readers of my blog will already be familiar with Seven Eleven’s Wa parfait series. I’m happy to announce the release of a new colorful Autumnal Wa parfait for us!
Orange pumpkin whipped cream, purple sweet potato whipped cream, sweet potato glacé and 2 Shiratama balls top this lovely creation. And to make it even better, the whipped cream is drizzled with caramel sauce!
Inside the cup is a layer of abundant caramel agar agar jelly and pumpkin mousse!
I approached it from the top, starting with the sweet potato glacé!
It was nicely done, and I loved the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes!
The purple whipped cream had such a lovely natural sweet potato taste!
The pumpkin whipped cream was so creamy!
The caramel sauce accentuated the plain whipped cream.
I love Seven Eleven’s Shiratama balls! They’re so chewy and good!
At last I reached the layer of pumpkin mousse and caramel agar agar.
The whipped cream was very sweet so I was happy that the agar agar jelly wasn’t.
This parfait certainly represents a taste of Autumn in Japan! Enjoy this flavorful dessert today!
