Route for SKY BUS KOBE’s Winter-Exclusive Course

Here we will introduce the Kobe Panoramic Tour (Winter), a winter-exclusive course in which you can enjoy Kobe’s stunning views with SKY BUS KOBE over about 30 minutes.

First, we will depart from either Sannomiya Station or the Portopia Hotel, heading to Port Island, an artificial island in the Port of Kobe. From there we will pass through an underwater tunnel called the Port Minatojima Tunnel.
The ceiling above you is just as exciting and thrilling as a park ride!

On the way back from Port Island, we pass over Kobe Bridge. From there you can see the Port of Kobe as well as Mt. Rokko. Kobe’s unique scenery combining the ocean and mountains is so striking!

From the Port of Kobe, it’s time to pass through Kobe Customs, which has a retro-looking exterior styled after a passenger boat, on to Kobe City Hall.
From the free observatory spot in the City Hall you can see the ocean to the south and the mountains to the north. On the side facing the ocean you can see famous spots like Port Island and Meriken Park, while you can enjoy a view of Kitano and Mt. Rokko on the northern mountain side.

Unique to the Kobe Panoramic Tour (Winter) is the clear winter sky, crisp air, and night views. We recommend this course as a way to enjoy the many appeals of Kobe, even on a budget, and it is a must-try experience if you’re visiting Kobe during the wintertime.
