Full of vegetables! Tasty chicken shio ramen!
“Torisoba Salt” is a chicken shio ramen specialty restaurant in Shimokitazawa.
A popular colorful and unique ramen that can’t be tasted anywhere else, and that popularity has not declined since the restaurant’s opening in 2013.
There are two types of broth, the clear light “Torisoba” broth, and the thick white “Tsukesoba” broth.
Thursdays are limited to “Taisoba”
The ultra-fine noodles are a blend of Hokkaido-grown wheat and semolina flour. Boiled to your desired degree of hardness.
The chicken soup, made from chicken bones, fragrant vegetables, and Italian rock salt has a somehow Western flavor.
The chicken chashu with the skin on is soft and very juicy!
