Shoyu Ramen・Shio Ramen・Tsukemen
Since opening in 1984, this ramen shop has been constantly popular.
The base menu has 3 items “Chuka Soba (Chinese Style Ramen)”, “Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles)” and “Shio Ramen (Salt base Ramen)”. The soup is made with dried fish stock and the salt and stock balance is perfect. Chuka Soba and Tsukemen uses Soy Sauce flavor as the base and the Shio Ramen uses Ishigaki Island salt.
The noodle are all made in house, and the thickness is different according to the type of soup.
