Eel cuisine / Closest to Shintomicho Station

Established in 1893, Tsukiji Miyagawa Honten is a famous restaurant with a long history. The popular eel rice bowl is served with rice topped with broiled eel. The price varies depending on the size of the eel.
The eel is steamed first and then broiled, which is distinctly Tokyo style that results in less burnt areas. The eel meat is then glazed with a refreshing sauce.
Meanwhile, the restaurant also serves Nakagome rice bowl, which is a luxurious dish that not comes with eel on top of the rice, but also with a large chunk of it inside the rice. You can also enjoy other traditional dishes made using eel, such as plain-grilled eel served with wasabi soy sauce, and eel liver soup.

    喜愛鰻魚飯的也許可以來試試,但個人是嚐鮮,感覺有點腥,醬偏甜
