Natto is typically eaten with rice, but at our shop you can enjoy “Natto Ramen.” The daring combination of natto and ramen. It’s a combination you can’t see anywhere else and is quite a site to behold. It is ramen topped with natto, then loaded with seaweed. The natto is mixed with raw eggs; however, in Japan, special care is taken to hygienically manage raw foods, so you can feel safe enjoying this dish. The noodles are slightly thick with a doughy texture, so the natto coats them nicely. Natto loses its smell and stickiness when heated, so it becomes nice and silky smooth with the ramen. Lastly, it pairs perfectly with seaweed. Simply delicious!
