You can enjoy the world's best Iberian pork "Vejota" from Habuko village in Spain. "Vejota" are fattened just on acorns by having them graze in an oak forest.
Their number one recommended dish is their pork shabu-shabu with dashi stock originally developed with a Japanese taste. You can also enjoy it as a multi-course meal.

    第一次吃到伊比利豬肉,又搭配我最愛的火鍋,蔬菜的甜加上豬肉的甜讓湯頭喝起來超鮮甜!還有火腿的鹹鮮,對我來說真的是極品啊~~~
