Tsukemen Ramen Haruki – Decks Odaiba Store

A Ramen Restaurant with Popular Rich Seafood Tonkotsu Tsukemen

Tsukemen

This ramen restaurant spent a long time researching recipes, finally settling on what would become their extremely popular rounded and rich seafood tonkotsu tsukemen.
The dipping broth for the tsukemen is a rich, well-rounded soup that that combines the delicious umami flavors of seafood with the richness of tonkotsu.
The entire production, including fish meal made with over 6 different ingredients and chewy, elastic thick noodles, comes together into a bowl clearly put together with care. The thick-sliced chashu is also an experience in itself, and it is extremely satisfying.
Aside from their tsukemen, they also offer shio and miso ramen with soups the restaurant takes pride in, as well as side dishes like gyoza and fried rice.
