Curry wa Nomimono, AKIHABARA

The hot spot for curry, served with an air of spiced aroma.

Curry

The name of this curry shop, Curry wa Nomimono (lit. “Curry is something to drink”) is taken from a famous quote by a Japanese entertainer. However, rest assured that the curry here is served as food, not at as a beverage.
The standard dish is “Black Meat Curry”, tender slices of meat, 12 different spices, and a secret ingredient, mascarpone cheese, come together in a dish so good you can even find it served at high-end hotels.
The “Red Chicken Curry” is an Indian style curry with bright notes and plenty of heat. It’s spicy, made with a base of tomato and minced lamb meat.
You can customize the amount of white rice, from small (200g) to super-size (450g) at the same price. There are 10 types of toppings, 3 of which you can choose at no additional fee.
