Torisho Takehashi

A restaurant that offers an extensive variety of chicken dishes to dine on.

Chicken dishes

This specialty chicken restaurant is situated along a small side street in Roppongi. Inside they offer expansive kitchen-side counter seating, along with tables and private dining rooms as well.
Their most popular dish is the “Hakata-style Mizutaki Hot Pot,” which features a chicken bone soup stock boiled for over 7 hours. This collagen packed soup comes with Date-brand chicken thighs, homemade tsukune (chicken meatballs), and seasonal veggies. They also offer course meals that come with the Mizutaki Hot Pot.
Other than that their fresh chicken sashimi and kushiyaki skewers are also highly recommended.
They offer private rooms to dine in, including a brick wall style room lit with gorgeous chandelier lighting, and a Japanese-style room with traditional armor and other highlights on display. Each of their private rooms are quite popular among customers, so it’s preferable to book ahead.
