Yakitori Miyagawa Toyosu

A long-established Yakitori restaurant with an emphasis on fresh ingredients.


In 1949, “Yakitori Miyagawa” began as a specialist wholesale chicken shop in Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The restaurant has opened in several locations, and one can enjoy the traditional taste in Toyosu. The restaurant with an open dining space also has private rooms with a Horigotatsu (a heated low table over a recessed floor), other than table seatings.
The tastiest brand chicken at the time is selected from each location. The Yakitori (Japanese grilled chicken skewers), that are prepared carefully every day and slowly grilled over Binchotan (Japanese white charcoal), pair very well with sake.
The “White Karaage (deep-fried chicken)” is also the restaurant’s specialty that is seasoned with “Yukishio (snow salt)”, which contains a vast amount of seawater mineral elements.
