Established in 1972, this sushi restaurant has five locations in Fuchu, Tachikawa, and other areas.
The sushi is made with fresh ingredients purchased from Toyosu Fish Market every morning and served in a conveyor-belt sushi style.
Sushi is priced at 132 yen and up, and nigiri sets are available for 308 yen and up, allowing customers to enjoy the authentic taste of sushi at a reasonable price.

The recommended menu items are the "Bincho tuna (Albacore tuna)" (198 yen), which has been the signature dish for 50 years, and the "Takumi" nigiri set (913 yen), which includes medium fatty tuna, kanpachi, sea urchin, red shrimp, and scallop.
In addition to the "Takumi" set, the restaurant also offers "Maguro Zukushi" (825 yen).

In addition to sushi items, The menu offers a wide variety of dishes such as the "homemade Atsuyaki-tamago (Thick omelet)" (198 yen) is made with a special soup stock and baked to order, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), and deep-fried dishes.

Sushi is served in a kaitenzushi style, where you can freely take a plate from a rotating lane, but you can also order directly from the chef.
