Nodoguro-no-Nakamata Tsukiji

This place really lets you enjoy the full flavor of nodoguro. If you’re lucky, you can even watch them grilling the fish over charcoal on the first floor. The staff are super friendly—just ask and they’ll happily let you take photos.
