This is a really special place. Walking inside, I felt so refreshed in both body and mind. It's an amazing spot with great energy.

The atmosphere inside the temple is solemn and peaceful. It really calms your mind. I love how everything here feels so beautiful.

    First time visiting Seiseki Sakuragaoka.
The area around the station is lively, and the department store is super stylish and fun to explore.
There's even a Mikasa Kaikan teppanyaki on the top floor, but unfortunately, you need to book in advance.

  • As a fan of Kengo Kuma, the famous Japanese architect, I just had to stay here and experience it for myself.

This area is super popular with tourists from Europe and America. Every bar is small but charming, and each one has its own unique vibe.

There are hundreds of bento options to choose from. The sea urchin bento is pricey, but totally worth it.

I really love the vibe of this old street. From the moment you leave the station, everything centers around Tora-san, the main character. The approach is lined with traditional wooden buildings and stone-paved streets. You can try classic street foods like grilled senbei and kusa dango, and there's a strong sense of community here—it's a real taste of Showa-era Japan. There's a theme, a story, and a rich culture. I felt like I got so much out of visiting.
