  • They specialize in traditionally air-dried and aged salmon, and seeing rows of whole salmon hanging inside is seriously impressive! You can tour the place and learn about the cultural history of salmon preservation. There are all kinds of salmon products for sale, like dried salmon and salmon rice ball fillings—both are super popular. The flavor is rich, salty, and goes perfectly with rice. If you love seafood or want to experience some unique local food culture, you definitely won't be disappointed here!

  • This café, renovated from an old warehouse, is super creative. The space is really spacious, too. It's such a pleasure to sit inside and enjoy a cup of coffee.

  • I ordered the eggs benedict and it was delicious! The coffee was great, too. The dining atmosphere is cozy and not noisy at all.

  • You can get to Toyosu Station by taking the Yurakucho Line or the Yurikamome Line, and the Sumida River Water Bus also stops here. It's super convenient whether you come by land or water. On nice days, you can sit on the terrace, enjoy some good food, and take in the beautiful Tokyo Bay view.

  • There's a Muji here that's said to be the largest in Japan. They sell not just food and clothes, but even home decor and housing items. Plus, there are over 200 other stores. It's honestly pretty impressive.
