Profile

During his years as a company employee, he worked on the editorial team of an overseas travel guidebook publisher, serving as a producer in charge of 52 countries. He has particular expertise in Switzerland, the Nordic countries, and Australia, having visited each of these destinations more than 25 times.

Since 2021, he has been active as a freelance photographer, writer, and editor. Within Japan, he has focused his reporting on areas such as Odawara and Hakone, Kawagoe, Saitama City, the Chiba Bay area, and the Tokatsu region, and he also has extensive experience with island travel, ferry journeys, and rail travel. During the 2025 Osaka Expo, he visited the venue 14 times, exploring Osaka and the surrounding regions in depth.

In his private life, he continues to travel throughout Japan together with a family member who uses a wheelchair.
