Third-generation chairman of the Japan Hamburg Association and representative of Burgman COMMUNICATIONS. Known as a leading figure in the hamburg steak world, he appears in a wide range of media and provides planning support, while also sharing the appeal of hamburg steak from every possible angle through menu and product development, as well as event planning and production. Together with his original character HAMBURGUMA no GooGoo, which he designed himself, he also serves as the leader of the Shizuoka Hamburg Kingdom Project, an initiative to promote hamburg steak culture in his home prefecture of Shizuoka. He is also a former member of the regional revitalization cooperation team in Fujieda, Shizuoka Prefecture.
