Seisenryo Gift Shop

A gift shop inside the main building of Seisenryo, a vast lodging resort in Kiyosato. It carries a wide selection, including Seisenryo original goods, Yamanashi-made souvenirs, and wooden products made from white birch trees from the highlands.

Among the many items, a favorite is “Seisenryo Organic Jersey Milk.” It’s milk from Jersey cows raised at Seisenryo, and with low-temperature pasteurization, it brings out the milk’s natural sweetness and flavor. Rich and full-bodied with higher amounts of milk fat, carotene, and minerals, this top-quality milk is best enjoyed in Kiyosato’s great outdoors rather than taking it home as a souvenir.

Other options include “Seisenryo Galette Cookies,” made thick and baked using the organic Jersey milk mentioned above, organic wheat flour, and organic sugar; goods featuring the Japanese dormouse (a designated Natural Monument) that lives in Seisenryo’s forests; Yamanashi-made wines and local sake; and Yamanashi traditional crafts, among many other items.
