A local favorite hot spring, refreshed as an all-in-one complex.
In April 2024, the longtime local favorite “Ageki Onsen Ajisai no Sato” reopened as a hot spring complex. While keeping the popular baths, it added a new sauna area, lodging, and a restaurant.
Ofuro café Ageki Onsen is an alkaline natural hot spring known for its silky-soft feel. Along with open-air baths, indoor baths, cold baths, and a sauna, the lounge lets you unwind with freshly ground coffee while reading manga or magazines. In a separate building, the Sauna Lounge Serow has three saunas inspired by wind, moon, and rain. You can enjoy three distinct styles, including an auto löyly sauna, gentle warmth, and a water-drip experience.
At Shin Agi Shokudo, you’ll find dishes made with seasonal vegetables grown on the property’s own farm without fertilizers or pesticides. With lunch, café, and dinner menus, it’s also a great stop after your bath.
You can also stay in a container-style lodging and enjoy the hot spring, meals, and exploring the surrounding area.
