Okhotsk Beer Factory

This restaurant is operated by Okhotsk Beer Co., Ltd., the company that brews Okhotsk Beer, a local favorite in Kitami for many years. Okhotsk Beer was the first locally brewed beer in Hokkaido, made with 100% malt in the style of Germany, the home of beer. To maintain freshness and quality, its bottled beer also has a shelf life of up to just two months.

The restaurant serves this carefully crafted Okhotsk Beer along with more than 50 dishes that make the most of ingredients from Hokkaido. You can also enjoy Kitami specialties such as salt yakisoba and Ezo deer simmered in beer vinegar, offering flavors unique to Kitami. The value lunch menu, which comes with all-you-can-refill soup, salad, coffee, and tea, is also popular.

Five types of beer are always available: pilsner, ale, unfiltered ale, weizen, and mild stout, with both single orders and a 90-minute all-you-can-drink course. If you find a favorite, bottled beer also makes a great souvenir.
