Nakamasaen

The farm offers a wide range of seasonal agricultural experiences, including picking chestnuts, harvesting shiitake mushrooms, and digging sweet potatoes, as well as yuzu harvesting, spring shiitake inoculation workshops, and winter charcoal-making experiences. Autumn is especially appealing, when chestnuts and shiitake mushrooms are in season and you can fully enjoy the fun of gathering nature’s bounty with your own hands.

After the harvest, enjoy the freshly picked ingredients right on the spot! Meal options include a barbecue course where you can grill and savor shiitake mushrooms, served with fragrant chestnut rice, as well as a luxurious sukiyaki course to satisfy your appetite.
