    Seeing the charred watches and clothing remnants was really hard, but it's also so important.

    The museum ticket isn't expensive, but having Shin-chan and Kumamon around totally makes it worth it!

  • The hot spring street still keeps its Taisho-era architecture. Walking around here really feels like stepping back in time.

  • It has an old-fashioned charm. The boat ride is super relaxing, and the lake is so clean and clear. The cherry blossoms are gorgeous too!

  • You can reserve a sofa seat online and just lie back to enjoy the whole view. If the weather's good, you can even see Mt. Fuji 🗻

  • Taking the cable car up to Mt. Rokko to see the night view was absolutely beautiful!

  • You can visit all the famous spots just by walking up from the Shimosenbon area.

  • There are all kinds of military aircraft on display, and you can even get on a fighter jet to take photos.

  • Kinomiya Shrine is home to one of Japan's three largest sacred trees, a camphor tree that's over 2,000 years old. Walking around it is said to bring good fortune and longevity. The omamori charms come in many unique varieties, which is pretty cool.
