There were fewer people than at other popular “snow monster” spots, which was a big plus.

One of the most iconic scenic spots in Kochi Prefecture.
Besides the beautiful ocean views, you can also check out the Ryoma Memorial Museum and the aquarium. Watching the sunset from the mountain nearby in the evening is fantastic. -
The shrine's architecture is really beautiful, especially the huge torii gate and the massive sacred rope. It's also said to be the most effective place to pray for good relationships.

As the oldest of Japan's 12 original castle towers and a designated national treasure, this wooden structure has been amazingly well preserved. Climbing the steep stairs with ropes is quite a thrilling experience!
