Meet Hello Kitty in this Tokyo Town! Tama Center Illumination 2018
An illumination event where you can see Hello Kitty will be held in front of Tama Center Station. Around 450,000 bulbs will be lit around the wide pedestrian paths, spanning 400 meters from south to north and 200 meters from east to west. The town will be lit up with sights such as the “Aquarium of Light” where it’s like you’re walking through the ocean, and illuminations of popular Sanrio characters like Hello Kitty.
Also near Tama Center Station is the Sanrio theme park “Sanrio Puroland,” featuring characters like Hello Kitty.
Special Hello Kitty Parade
Hello Kitty and friends will host a special parade, bringing even more excitement to the Tama Center Illumination.
