In addition to the souvenir corner offering organic Jersey milk and dairy products produced at Seisenryo Farm, plus sweets and original goods you can only buy here, it also features a bakery with everything from crusty to soft breads, a milk bar with eat-in seating, a large panoramic terrace of Approx. 300 square meters, and a footbath, among other amenities. The most popular item is the Seisenryo Burger series sold at the milk bar, which is easy to enjoy and comes in a wide variety.

“Seisenryo Soft Serve” at the soft-serve counter is a signature item that always draws a crowd. Made with rich organic Jersey milk from Seisenryo Jersey Farm and delicious Yatsugatake water, it has an exceptional flavor. Starting in August 2024, a premium soft-serve made with three times the amount of organic Jersey milk used in the standard soft-serve went on sale.

Right in front of the terrace, rolling pastures stretch out, with panoramic views of the Yatsugatake Mountains, Mt. Fuji, the Southern Alps, and more. A classic way to enjoy this spot is to dig into soft-serve while soaking in Seisen’s footbath and taking in the spectacular scenery. During Golden Week and summer weekends in particular, when the Jersey cows are put out to pasture, you can watch them up close with a soft-serve in hand.
