Using a traditional oak spindle wrapped in paper, the cake is baked in Kitakaro’s original oven, with artisans carefully adjusting factors such as doneness, layer thickness, and baking temperature. This patient, layer-by-layer process results in an exceptional moistness and refined sweetness.

The whole cake, 14 cm in diameter, comes in three heights: 4 cm, 6 cm, and 8 cm. There is also an individually wrapped type with an 8 cm diameter, allowing you to choose according to the occasion and recipient.
