Wakuwaku Farm Maemori Kogen
Enjoy horseback riding and camping on a vast highland.
Set in a lush highland area, this outdoor facility offers a wide range of activities, including horseback riding, buggies, and go-karts. There are also plenty of ways to interact with animals, such as walking with horses and ponies and feeding them. Horseback riding is especially popular, with a variety of plans available for everyone from beginners to advanced riders. Catching char in summer is another favorite seasonal activity.
There is also a campground on the grounds, so overnight stays are possible. From cottages and cabins equipped with a kitchen and full cooking utensils to an auto campground with free sites, you can stay in the style that suits you best.
For meals, there is a beer house, a local products shop, and an outdoor BBQ area. The beer house serves house-made bacon, sausages, and handmade ice cream. At the BBQ area, you can enjoy a bring-your-own BBQ, and grills and other equipment are also available for rent with advance reservation. The soba restaurant in the local products shop serves handmade soba made with buckwheat flour produced in Mogami Town.
