The restaurant’s pride lies in its carefully selected, high-quality meats, chosen by the owner’s trained eye. Only premium wagyu is used, including top-grade Oita Wagyu (Bungo Beef) from Oita Prefecture, Saga beef, and Kyushu-raised Japanese Black wagyu. Skilled craftsmen hand-cut each slice, judging the marbling with precision, to bring out the best of each cut through simple, ingredient-focused preparation. The signature dish is Oita Wagyu short ribs, with rich nakaochi karubi and melt-in-your-mouth premium karubi being particular standouts. The rare cut makumi (diaphragm) is also popular for its thick texture and deep, savory flavor.
The restaurant offers 70 seats, all in fully private rooms.
