Its lightly sweet taste and gentle flavor are the secrets behind its lasting popularity. Its simple taste, affordable price, and satisfying volume have won over many fans. In a 2018 renewal, the flour was changed to 100% domestically produced wheat flour, centered on Aichi-grown Kinuakari wheat, and an even more moist and soft texture was achieved. While preserving tradition, it continues to evolve in pursuit of better taste.
