This little alley has a real Japanese vibe. Each izakaya is tiny with only a few seats. Grabbing some skewers and a beer isn't expensive at all. The only downside is the mix of oil and cigarette smoke in the air—it doesn't smell great, and my clothes reeked of smoke when I got back to the hotel...
