  • The spacious grounds of Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine are filled with blooming pink cherry blossoms. I love coming here to pray. It's also a popular spot for photographers who come just to capture the cherry blossoms and views of Mt. Fuji—definitely an Instagram-worthy place!

  • The decor still preserves the feel of the old tea house. You can watch geishas perform and enjoy the spacious rooms. There's even a beautiful courtyard view from the private rooms.

  • The food here is fantastic. They use vegetables to create all kinds of different dishes, which makes eating here a real joy.

  • Menya Inoichi offers signature ramen with either shoyu white or shoyu black broth. The ramen comes with ingredients like wagyu and shrimp—super tasty!

  • The seafood paella here is really generous in portion. The restaurant serves Spanish bar-style dishes—I highly recommend the fideuà and other seafood rice dishes.

  • There are cherry blossom trees lining the road, and the one-story Starbucks with its green architecture feels so fresh and comfortable.

  • Enjoying a delicious bowl of udon while gazing at the garden—such a simple pleasure.

  • I really liked their soup~~ They use four kinds of dried bonito, Rishiri kelp, and shaved bonito flakes to boost the aroma of the broth—so good.

  • Every time I come here, I have to get their grilled-mochi-style wagashi, Izumo Zenzai Mochi. It’s also my favorite souvenir to bring back.
