Rainbow Bridge has two levels: the upper one is for the expressway, and the lower one has a regular road, the Yurikamome train, and a walkway for pedestrians.
The arch-shaped towers look beautiful, and there are over 400 lights on the suspension cables, making it look like a rainbow in the night. Taking a water bus under the bridge is a great way to enjoy the night view of Odaiba.
