At the National Film Archive of Japan, every display has descriptions in multiple languages. The English explanations are really thorough. They also introduce some of the history of Japanese cinema. I learned so much—definitely want to come back again.

Tokyo Station Ichibangai—I always come here for Tokyo Ramen Street and to buy souvenirs. You can eat, shop, and browse, so it's a great way to pass the time while waiting for your train.

Hakodate Children's Land... It's a great spot for families to spend the whole day. There's even the 'oldest' Ferris wheel in Japan 🎡, which gives off a retro vibe! 🤣
