There's a 276-meter-long tunnel inside the waterfall area, and you can walk straight from the tunnel exit to the viewing platform. It's really convenient and safe.

Every New Year, this temple has the second highest number of visitors after Meiji Shrine. The main street is lined with souvenir shops and restaurants. It's definitely the most iconic temple in the Narita area.

February and March are when the plum blossoms are in full bloom, so it gets really crowded. Then in April, you can enjoy cherry blossoms, and in May, the azaleas. It's a great place for flower viewing all spring.
