Cabin House YADO is located in Fuji-no-Miya, a city in Shizuoka Prefecture.
Cheaper than a business hotel, it's much more comfortable than a typical capsule hotel.
Here, I'd like to introduce this hotel, recommended as a base for business or leisure activities in the areas around Mount Fuji!

It just opened in March of 2017, and room rates run about ¥2500 per night.

It's just 3 minutes on foot to Sengen-Taisha, Mount Fuji's main Shinto Shrine, and a 5-minute walk to Fuji-no-Miya Station and Aeon Shopping Mall.
There are pharmacies and convenience stores nearby, as well as Marugame-Seimen, part of a popular udon noodle chain.

Another good point about this place is that your luggage can be held here before check-in or after checkout.

Such a Wide Cabin! Recommended for those who Avoid Capsule Hotels

There are four room types, and this time, I reserved a wide cabin that cost ¥500 extra.
This wasn't a bunk bed. With a high ceiling above, I felt no sense of something pressing on me.

There are 6 individual rooms in the shower booth on the second and third floors. Each one has shampoo, conditioner and body soap.

The washbasins are fully equipped with hair dryers, cleansing cream, facial cleansers, toilet water and milky lotion.

The rooms are cheap, spacious and clean. With gender-separate floors, even a single woman can feel secure here. The members of staff are also kind.
What's more, many things are offered for free, from parking and WiFi to amenities, drinks, movies and washing machines.
I really had a pleasant stay here!
