Artistic and Beautiful Assiette à Dessert at “Ginza Budonoki”

Last update :

“Ginza Budonoki” is an authentic assiette à dessert specialty shop. Here you can partake in freshly made, artistically designed desserts. They also offer a variety of “seasonal desserts,” made with in-season fruits. Let’s move on to the shop’s introduction.

Exterior and Interior of Shop

Ginza Budonoki is located on the 2nd floor of “ZA STONE,” an eye-catching rugged stone building.

The shop’s interior looks like that of a luxury hotel.

Mont Blanc (1,944 yen)

Their Mont Blanc looked like a beautiful piece of art.
The whole thing was sprinkled with cocoa powder, giving it a dark color.
The Mont Blanc is topped with vanilla ice cream.

※This Mont Blanc was limited to fall of 2018 only and is not currently available.

It had a delicate sweetness and a slight aroma of rum.
The Mont Blanc was so beautiful that I didn’t know where to start, so I ended up admiring it for about 30 seconds first. Then I started in on it from the vanilla ice cream.

And So Many Other Beautiful Desserts!

Below are the desserts from other times I visited.

Mango Pudding (2,268 yen)

This mango pudding is made with a generous amount of mangos from Miyazaki Prefecture. It had a delicious, luxurious flavor.

Chocolate Lava Cake (1,890 yen)

Once you cut into the chocolate lava cake and the warm, molten chocolate starts to come out, it becomes absolutely irresistible.

In addition to running an IT consulting firm, I spend my lunch hours scouring the nearby Ginza area for the best places to eat.
