A shopping mall

A shopping mall LECT located in Nishi-ku, Hiroshima. It is occupied by about 150 business tenants based on ”knowledge, food and housing” in order to become a third place for people, with the concept “making one want to come every day, wanting to make a special trip”.

Among these businesses, the three core sectors include “youme Shokuhinkan” (Food Hall) where one can purchase seasonal ingredients unique to Hiroshima, “Hiroshima T-SITE” where Tsutaya Books and multiple shops that are subtly connected and “CAINZ”, a popular home improvement store with an abundance of original store brands.
There are also other shops including popular fashion shops, wide varieties of food and beverage shops as well as a number of various service industry shops.

Highlights

  • Get everything one needs to live, from everyday items to gifts.
  • Events are held with free entry 365 days a year.
  • There are line-ups of many local food and beverage shops that are not available in other shopping malls.
  • There are also select food shops where one can buy souvenirs of Hiroshima.
  • One can spend a full casual day here because there are many sofas and wide aisles.
