Rakuten Mobile Park Miyagi Smile Glico Park is a charming amusement area located behind the left-field side of Rakuten Mobile Park Miyagi, home to the professional baseball team, the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles. Featuring a variety of attractions and an expansive grassy lawn, it is particularly popular among families with children.
The park’s iconic attraction is Japan’s only Ferris wheel overlooking an entire baseball stadium. Its 16 gondolas are decorated with vibrant illustrations of team players and mascots, heightening excitement even before boarding. Other family-friendly rides include a merry-go-round, a trampoline dome ("Boyon Boyon Dome"), and the "Smile Glico Athletic" play structure equipped with slides. The open lawn area provides a spacious environment for kids to run freely or for visitors to relax leisurely.
On days when the Eagles have away games, the park hosts live broadcasts displayed on a large screen outdoors, enabling fans to cheer enthusiastically under the open sky.
