The owner is a graduate of the prestigious Gelato University in Bologna, Italy, and also operates one of Okinawa’s largest dairy farms to ensure the freshest milk is used—raising expectations for both quality and flavor.

The shop offers around 10 rotating flavors at any given time, including classics like milk, beni imo (purple sweet potato), and Italian frozen treats, as well as seasonal fruit-based varieties—so there's always something new to discover with each visit.
