Ryokusuitei Keisui
A relaxing inn where you can enjoy historic Kuzure Onsen and the flavors of Shinshu.
A hot spring ryokan in Omachi Onsenkyo, located at the foot of the Northern Alps and at the uppermost reaches of the Shinano River system. All water used throughout the property is natural spring water born from snowmelt in the Northern Alps, offering hospitality through water by using ultra-soft water with a hardness of Approx. 10 degrees for welcome drinks and cuisine as well.
The hot spring water is drawn from historic Kuzure Onsen in the Takase Valley, said to have opened Approx. 400 years ago. With a large bath facing the garden, a rock open-air bath, private semi-open-air baths, and a footbath, the ryokan is designed so guests can enjoy a bath-hopping experience within the property. Guest rooms come in a wide variety, including rooms with open-air baths, rooms with a sunken kotatsu table, and Japanese-style suites, making them suitable for many different stays.
Meals feature kaiseki cuisine that makes the most of seasonal ingredients from Shinshu. Carefully selected local ingredients such as Shinshu Premium Beef can be enjoyed through both taste and presentation. The Japanese breakfast, filled with mountain delicacies, is also well regarded. The ryokan is conveniently located as a base for sightseeing along the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, and free shuttle service is available from the Omachi Onsenkyo bus stop and Shinano-Omachi Station (advance reservation required for pickup from Shinano-Omachi Station).
