This hot spring ryokan in Himi City, Toyama Prefecture, is known for its superb ocean-view location and attentive hospitality.

The hot spring facilities include a large panoramic bath with sweeping views of the Tateyama Mountain Range across Toyama Bay, as well as a rock bath in the annex building, “Shionokatei.” Guests can enjoy two free-flowing natural hot spring sources with different mineral qualities. From the open-air bath, you can also soak while taking in magical views such as the sunrise and the lights of fishing boats, for a blissful moment where the hot spring waters and scenery seem to blend together.

The guest rooms are spread across three buildings, “Mori,” “Hana,” and “Hoshi,” each with its own style and amenities. In particular, the “Mori” building, which opened in February 2023, features two guest rooms per day with semi-open-air baths, along with comfortable amenities such as Simmons beds, massage chairs, and air purifiers. There are also a variety of other room types, including Japanese-style rooms, Japanese-Western rooms, and modern twin rooms, thoughtfully designed to suit different needs and travel styles.

Meals include kaiseki cuisine made with an abundance of seasonal Hokuriku ingredients, such as fresh seafood landed at Himi Fishing Port and the local brand beef, “Himi Beef.” There are multiple dining venues, and private dining rooms are also available, allowing guests to enjoy a luxurious time in a calm setting.

The facilities inside the property are also well equipped, with complimentary soft serve ice cream and illy coffee available in the lobby, as well as wheelchair rentals and EV charging facilities, reflecting the property’s thoughtful attention to guests’ needs.
