A large mixed-use complex that stands in the heart of the Tenjin area, Fukuoka’s premier downtown district. It has 19 floors above ground and 4 basement floors, is 97 meters tall, and boasts a gross floor area of about 147,000 square meters. B2F through 5F are commercial floors, featuring new store concepts found only here, flagship stores, and a food zone unique to Fukuoka, a city known for its cuisine. On 5F, Tenjin Fuku Shokudo is an open dining space for people who work in Tenjin and visitors.
On 6F and 7F, shared spaces are available to office tenants, and anyone can also use them if they purchase a drink at an adjacent cafe. In this open space with panoramic views of the Tenjin intersection, you can hold a quick meeting or take a break.
