Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens
One of the largest shopping malls in the Kansai region, with around 300 stores including a department store, supermarket, and specialty shops.
Opened in 2008 on the vast 70,000 sq. m. site of the former Hankyu Nishinomiya Stadium, this large-scale shopping and entertainment complex is one of the biggest in the Kansai region.
The mall has around 300 stores, centered on the Nishinomiya Hankyu department store, the Izumiya supermarket, and the 12-screen cinema complex TOHO Cinemas Nishinomiya OS. There is also a wide selection of specialty shops, including popular fashion brands, select shops with the latest items, and lifestyle goods stores, making it a favorite with visitors of all ages since opening. There are also around 80 cafes and restaurants, ranging from casual everyday spots to places for special occasions. With such a wide variety of genres, you can enjoy whatever kind of food suits your mood that day.
For a break between shopping, the Sky Garden on the 4th floor of the main building is highly recommended. This lush rooftop garden, complete with fountains and large playground equipment, serves as a play area for children and also comes alive as a venue for live events on weekends and holidays.
